Connection @ South Side is proud to offer 28, studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments in accordance with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) & the Affordable Housing Program (AHP). If your annual income is between $38,650 - $90,550, you may qualify for special pricing on these select residences. Please contact the leasing office directly to inquire about availability.

Eligibility Details

Affordable Housing is focused on providing quality and affordable housing for middle-income workers earning 50% of the area median income (AMI). Limited studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes are reserved for renters at or below the 50% AMI level. To qualify for this housing, the household's gross (pre-tax) income must be at or below the amounts show in the table below.
